Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the item’s value will be issued upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

To return your product, mail it to [physical address]. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
